The Black Cherry Punch strain is a result of crossing Purple Punch and Black Cherry Pie that is indica dominant 80/20. The dominant terpenes are limonene and caryophyllene and this batch is 1.27% in total terpenes.
Looks and Structure
The buds weren’t massive by any means but they were very gorgeous looking. They have some green but mainly purple in color and the trichome heads are so fat and fresh while the pistils are long and dark orange.
Scent
The smell is sweet and potent, reminding me of black cherry seltzer. After further examining the buds and squishing them between my fingers the rich smell of sugary cherries escapes the flower.
Taste
A sweet cherry and tangy taste on the inhale with an earthy Purple Punch flavor on the exhale.
Effects
Black Cherry Punch hit me with a wave of relaxation almost immediately. As a potent indica, it delivered equally strong mental and physical effects. As time went on, I found myself slipping into a trance-like state where focusing on tasks became increasingly difficult. My mind drifted, and I just wanted to chill and let the soothing effects take over. The heavy sedation made it perfect for unwinding after a long day or when I needed to escape the reality of daily life.
