First Impressions
I’ve tried a few things from The Mudd Brothers before, so I know they use nothing but high quality solventless live rosin oil to fill these recently released disposable vapes that I picked up from New Jersey recreational dispensary, AYR. The new hardware is sleek and compact, which is great for a discreet dab-like experience on the go.
Genetics and Terpenes
The Tahoe Cream strain is an OG Kush Phenotype, meaning it has different traits from OG Kush, but is still derived from the same crossing of Chemdawg and Hindu Kush that is sativa leaning 70/30. The dominant terpenes are limonene and beta-caryophyllene and this batch is 6.74% total terpenes.
Looks and Hardware
The vape is matte black and super comfortable to hold. It has an ergonomic mouthpiece and a window looking straight at the beautiful live rosin. The vape looks like it uses ceramic hardware and has a usb type-c connector on the bottom to recharge it.
Scent
This disposable has a pretty potent smell to it taking it out of the box. It has a dank, skunky, and creamy aroma.
Taste
Initially the inhales are creamy and smooth, while the exhales are skunky and gassy. The after taste combines a sweet cream and gassy funk that lingers on my tongue.
Effects
Tahoe Cream gave me an energizing buzz, sending a pleasant tingling sensation throughout my body. The strain applied the perfect amount of pressure between my temples, which I found both soothing and invigorating. It worked equally well when I needed to focus on mental tasks or engage in activities requiring physical effort.
Final Thoughts
This strain has quickly become one of my favorites from The Mudd Brothers. Its balanced effects make it a versatile choice for my various needs. Whether I was working on a project or handling chores, Tahoe Cream kept me stoned while keeping my motivation and productivity dialed in. That’s why there's no doubt that this Tahoe Cream gets the Certified Stoner stamp of approval!
