First Impressions
I consider The Soap to have some of the funkiest cannabis terpenes around, especially in its live rosin form it smells exactly how the flower version smells. Beezle knocked this one out of the park and I’m so glad I was able to try it out from Maryland recreational cannabis dispensary, Haven Cannabis Dispensary. I’m loading up a fat dab into my rig as I type this up… Cheers!
Genetics and Terpenes
The Soap strain is a result of crossing Animal Mints and Kush Mints that’s sativa dominant 70/30. The dominant terpenes are caryophyllene and limonene and this batch is 9.4% total terpenes.
Looks and Consistency
This batch of rosin has a nice light caramel cream color to it with a bunch of wet looking terp puddles on the surface layer. The consistency is cured like badder but it stays wet when mixed up and doesn't crumble.
Scent
This rosin has a funky aroma that is super clean and refreshing when you take a big whiff. I noticed undertones of citrus and some spicy gas notes too making this jar extremely inviting once it's unscrewed.
Taste
The flavor is really complex with a sweet and funky mixture that also tastes slightly woody and warm with notes of cheese even coming out. It’s definitely one to try out and one of my personal favorites.
Effects
The high begins with a burst of euphoria, clearing my mind and putting it into a spacey mental state. This makes it ideal for daytime use but not when I needed to get stuff done because it led me to have a laid back, go with the flow attitude. On top of that the body high left me pretty tingly, I was buzzing around as I really enjoyed going for walks or being out in nature when I smoked on some Soap.
